The VAC or Vintage Airstream Club covers older Airstreams and they have to
be so many years old before the trailer "qualifies" for membership. I'm
sure the VAC would welcome some type of membership of non-owning vintage era
Airstreams - well, make that maybe they'd do that. ;) That would be a nice
gesture if they are not already doing so. Does anyone know if they are?
The Classic Club would be for owners of any 'classic' or all aluminum
bullet-shaped Airstream travel trailer. When people in Airstreams talked
about 'classics' they are referring to aluminum and not fiberglass such as
the "squarestreams" as they've become known as.
So ... the VAC is for trailers which have to be at least so old. And the
Classics would be all aluminum travel trailers.
