You don't, you *can not* get hail dents out.

If you keep the dented skin instead of replacing it you *will have to* full
with bondo and paint it with aluminum paint. Then you could put a cover of
clear coat of laquer over the aluminum paint. If you do a really good job
of this you'd have to point it out to someone else exactly where you 'fixed'
the dents.
