That's a great fridge. No venting required, interior air just needs to 
circulate over the coils like a home fridge. It adds a bit of heat to 
the interior of your coach, as does your fridge at home... our cat likes 
it in front of ours. If you have room for the extra insulation, it will 
really help your power usage. And you will love your Honda genny -- I 
love mine, anyway. Get two batteries (as someone else suggested), deep 
cycle for sure, and you'll be in great shape, with or without the solar 
panel. The generator does in a few minutes what it takes a solar panel 
all day to do. Especially the UniSolar flexible panels, which are 32 
watts max, IIRC. But I love them anyway -- I am putting a couple on my 
A/S motorhome to keep the batteries topped up. That little LeSharo I 
mentioned had one, and that puppy always started instantly, thanks to an 
always-full battery.
