About a year ago, I ordered one of these elongated vent covers from Inland.
It didn't fit. It was 1/2" too short. According to Andy, Airstream made a
few vent openings that were larger than the standard size. I ended up making
one out of double thickness lexan with an angled aluminum edge that opens
with the original openers. Big bonus is seeing the stars at night. I used a
shade cloth mesh in the screen frame to cut down on heat and glare. If

afternoon and has close to 80,000 miles on it.
