Don't let not getting a free membership cause you not to join WBCCI. Its a 
great organization. The best thing is to get involved in a local unit. Don't 
just go to one rally and say, "I don't like it". There are good rallies and some 
not so great. Overall I can't say I have been to a bad rally. Go to some of 
the national rallies and especially your local Regional Rally. The International 
is a great experience. I called Jackson Center and they said they hold 
numbers for two years before reassigning them. If you have questions that are still 
unanswered call Jackson Center and ask to speak with the lady that handles 
memberships. She is great to work with. I believe membership is handled by Kathy. 
I have met some very nice friends in the WBCCI. Go for it, get involved, you
