no, better to paint each sheet of plywood (start with MARINE grade) with
polyurethane on each face then along each edge. set it aside and do the same
with all of the sheets.  then go back and do it again. 
two coats should do it.
anywhere you punch a hole thru it, soak that hole (the plies in the hole) well
with more urethane.

cannot do enough to protect that floor because it is the devil to get to under
the tub/shower/waterheater/etc after you get everything installed.
leaks are inevitable, make sure that all you get from them is mildew, not a
rotted floor (again).
