[VACList] How has value increased?

  Hi Jim;

It's a REALLY good idea for everyone (ethical) on this list to learn from 
your discovery. Maybe or maybe not...that it's the one you had stolen from 
your shop, but it's VERY IMPORTANT to document each trailer with photos 
and blemishes. Like a horses papers.....each nic, coloring, marking. If the 
bumper's been painted black or another color....that color might show under 
a "cover-up" job down the road on a "stolen" unit. It's important to keep 
good records beyond the title. You made a good topic here! Do you have 
ANYTHING that might point to you as the previous owner? That would be 
great....even if it's NOT yours....
