[VACList] LED taillights and lenses

Has anyone found LED tail-lights for the late 60's
(mine is a 68) models?  It looks like you could just
substitute the "bulb" and keep the standard lenses. 
But, I would welcome any tips or leads.

Search engine results on this topic are variable.  All
of my best sources so far have come from fellow
listees and not from my efforts on Google.
