One of the first things I did in the restoration of my 66 Sovereign was 
replace the black water tank and, foolish and green as I was, I dropped 
500 beans on one from Inland RV.
Assuming that you're going to need to replace the box as well, you'll be 
much wiser picking up a comparable one from Inca Plastics 
(http://www.incaplastics.com/rvtanks.htm) or Pellend Enterprises 
(http://www.all-rite.com/pemain.html) and customizing the box to fit the 
tank.
Even if you go with Inland RV you're going to have to cut out the hole 
to the toilet, so why not save yourself several hundred dollars while 
you're at it.
