Git Rot is available at Marine Supply Stores. I've used it and it did the
job.  I also posted my detailed experiences with it and what not to do,
which are now in Tom Patterson's archives along with experiences by many
others on this list. You might want to check those out.

After I did my Git Rot work on our '67 22' Safari, Jim Smitg posted his
comments. He's a boat rebuilder from way back and knows his stuff. This
morning, I took the liberty of copying one of his posts and added it to the
bottom of this thread.

Take your time and do your homework, otherwise you'll be revisiting the job,
