Hey Chris:

I'm curious why you would select a #21 drill for an Olympic rivet.  If you
use the Olympic RV6607-5-5w (the "w" for the EPDM washer), the maximum
diameter is 0.161".  The specs for this rivet call for a No. 20 drill which
is 0.161".  A No. 21 drill is only 0.159".  If you use this drill, the hole
should be too small for the rivet to pass through.  I use a No. 20 drill and
sometimes the rivet doesn't pass through easily.  Are you talking about
another Olympic part number by any chance?
