Are the exterior rivets a universal head , or a brazier head ? And the size would be 1/8 x 1/4 ? And do they make slightly oversize shafts by 32 nds or 64ths , or is it 1/8 - 3/16 -1/4 etc . Wheres a good source ? Chris
