I started with a Yellow top battery in my '66 Overlander, and added a Gell
cell for twins. The Gell cell is gone now with the Yellow going strong.
I've replaced the gell with a Blue top. I also bought one for my Sovereign.
Unless you want to mess with regular lead acids, the Blues are the best and
can be located inside. You can buy them at Costco for $144.
