Hi, Chris,

When I called Jackson Center regarding a whole-panel replacement, 
they told me that they do install the new panels over top of the old ones.  
I think that's more about cost-effectiveness than about its being the 
better method, and I chose not to have it done that way.  A small patch 
might raise different issues, but I bet you could do it either way.
