[VACList] Tire hook source - web link?

Does anyone remember the link where old style
airstream under body tire hooks were available?  Was a
fellow back east that specialized in healthy homes and
such.  I thought I had tucked the link away but can't
for hte life of me find it now.  (Couldn't find it in
Tom's archives either).
