Mike,

When I found my '75 22' Argosy it was mechanically functional but cosmetically 
in poor shape on the outside. Functional but not pretty. Paid $1750 for it. As for 
the furnace mine is an original Suburban NT22. It is an industry rule of thumb 
that a furnace is replaced with one of the same size. The engineers designed 
them for a specific size based on load, space and available distribution 
capacity. Of all the appliances in my coach I expect the furnace to be the first 
to go. Fortunately when Suburban redesigned
their furnaces several years ago they did not change the dimensions of the 
NT22 series. So the new ones are a drop in replacement. No cheap, but 
definitely easy.
