[VACList] Fasteners for access door

Hello All,

I am looking for info on the fasteners that attach the refrigerator access 
door to my 1956 Caravanner. I've seen the same style fasteners on a '65 
Safari on the water heater access door. They are a spring-loaded wingnuts 
that turn a half-turn to secure. Any info on where to find replacements 
would be appreciated.
