At  last Dr. GO,

I agree with your prognostications.  Even I get a tingle when I'm protected
by
a GFI and feel a tingle when I'm  kneeling on wet ground and disconnecting
the umbilical.

Just a  like burning on my arm, but  knew it was from inappropriate
grounding.  GFI and all, it bit!

Don't like the  grounding post in the ground.  Rather , like the safety of
knowing that there aren't any  shorts in the trailer.
