The doors on my '73 work as they say they do. but not very well. They
are a pain to get back on. If you don't line up the lip with the slot at
just the right angle and pull lightly toward you, they won't catch.

I think your trailer is older than mine. 

I would love to find a better way of doing this. When it's cold and
rainy and I'm tired and hungry I can never seem to get them in.
