My $.02, adjusted for inflation: Find a local horse
trailer/boat trailer/utility trailer place and have them pull the wheels and
make the necessary repairs.
The banging/jerking when braking is a bit troubling
- is it possible that the wire from the brake-light switch got mixed up with the
brake wire from the trailer brake controller?
