Couldn't you just lay a 1/8" sheet of luan plywood from one side to the other 
over the main subfloor joint like they do in a house before laing the tile? 
If what I am understanding is the joint for the sub floor goes down the center 
of the trailer, correct? Well if you layed the luan plywood so it went from 
one side of the cabinets to the other there will be no seam down the middle 
of the trailer. The only seams would be ones going across the trailer from 
side to side. Then if you placed the tile across these joints it would be far 
fewer and be less app to flexing one would think.
