Dave, that's a fairly common owner after market addition. I've done the same think on the two Airstreams I've owned prior to this one. I use the Sewer Solution with the Tradewind and carry a "slinky stinky" hose still in the box for emergencies. Jim Greene ' 68 Tradewind
