You might have trouble having them filled unless
the OPD valves are installed by a certified company. If the
tanks are old (The date of manufacture should be stamped in the metal) and they
have new valves, there is supposed to be a sticker from the company that
installed them placed on the bottle. I would check with your local gas
company first.
