[VAC] Stove grates; Stove paint??

I see some "fireplace" and "stove" paint at Home Depot.  It is sold in the 
spray cans. I can't remember the temperature reading on the can, but it was 
listed.  It is made for high heat areas. Could this work? I like your idea 
the best Gerald, but I am retiring soon, so I look at lower cost options to 
see if they might work.
