We installed linoleum (not synthetic vinyl, real linoleum)
and LOVE it! I know some folks have concern about using a wall-to-wall
sheet product with regards to splitting along the sub-floor seams, but we
have no evidence of this. We had the flooring installed in March,
used the trailer all summer, it cleans-up easily & looks terrific!
