Jim. The front of the trailer is to the right. The best way to check the 
position of the torsion arms, is to crawl part way under the trailer, forward 
of the front wheel, and look rearward. The view tells the story, as you can 
see both the front and rear axle torsion arms easily, be it the left or right 
side of the trailer.
