Jeanne, I don't think you want to take up the floor unless it's soft from
long term water damage. Even then penetrating epoxy is often a better fix.
Git Rot is okay but more expensive than similar products. Most people are
buying from Fiberglass Coatings (800) 272-7890 or e-mail at sales@fgci.com .
That's what I used. Tell them how much area you want to cover and they will
advise you about quantity. It can be brushed on or rolled on. Easy -- like
painting but have good ventilation.
