[VAC] epoxy & Vulkem?

I would like some brand names or enough specific
info to look for this stuff... I mean, if I walk
into Home Depot or Fred Meyer or wherever and say
"I need some of that penetrating epoxy stuff"
will they all know what I'm talking about? The
Web source would be nice, Pete!

Okay, I finally have to ask, what in the world is
Vulkem and where do I find it? I'm sure I will
need it because my airstream needs EVERY thing.
