I've got to say- I actually *like* the laminate covered panels- you really cannot get a higher weight to strenth ratio without going to exotic materials- I mean an 1/8" piece of luau covered both sides with high pressure laminate is light and very strong. -- Chris Bryant mailto:bryantrv@cfl.rr.com
