[VAC] Re: Converter & Inverter

Terry & all:

   With an aging and aged memory (along the lines of an
8086) for technical terms, I remember the functional
differences between a Converter and Inverter with the
following alliteration (while purposely ignoring AC and
DC):  A CONverter CONtracts the voltage from 120 to 12,
while an INverter INcreases the voltage from 12 to 120.
