[VAC] where to buy replacement awning fabric?

Can anyone recommend a good supplier of replacement
awning fabrics?  I have been pricing them, but don't
have any basis for judging the reputation of the
potential suppliers.  So far, I have been quoted
prices from $250 (internet--including shipping) to
$800 (local) for a Sunbrella fabric (16 foot Faulkner
awning on a 68 Overlander).  That's quite a range.

Also, is there a consensus on the Alumigard?  It costs
quite a lot to ship and who knows if it will arrive
intact?  Are there alternatives?
