[VAC] Do I want a gray wat drain tank for the kitchen sink in a 59 Traveler?

Hi Everybody,
I've removed the shower and am going to reroute the kitchen vent pipe to
correct an older not-so-good repair.
Should I put a separate gray water tank in the underbelly for the kitchen
sink?  Or just a capped-one-end tee in the drainline so that I can hook up
to one of those tote tank setups?
As is, does the kitchen drain back up into the sink or the black water tank?
I need a practical, workable simple system.
Please advise!
