	Nope- it's a badly broken webpage- I tried with IE6, Mozilla
1.0RC1, and Opera 6.02, and it looks the same in all- there are a
whole *bunch* of layer errors on the site.
	Strangely enough, you can view it through "anybrowser":
http://www.anybrowser.com/siteviewer.html put the url in and it comes
up (?).
