Dont let it get you down ,Ted .
As you know by now , this airstream stuff is 98 % vacuuming 1 % finding
nitrogen cooled unobtainium alloy rivets , and 1% buying expensive tools to
use them . Be thankfull you`re not paying the RV tech to vacuum for you !
  A 12 volt system could be a wall mart battery a hole thru the floor some
wire a fuse a switch shurflo pump and a plastic tank , not to bad .  Also I
wonder if a local fabricator could make you a thicker plastic tank that
would take 60 psi . Or a galvanized tank for < 600 $
