I elected to use the new Suburban exterior vent cover.
The original on the old furnace had a piece very
similar, although the fresh air vent cover was
separate from the exhaust.  I didn't see much
difference.

I am unfamiliar with the Bowen you refer to.  If you'd
like photos of the before and after let me know.
