Scott, try a tire shop that works with truck tires. They can balance the
tire and wheel on the trailer. The tire is jacked up to clear the ground and
a motor with a rubber covered wheel against the tire spins it and a strobe
light indicates the degree of balance and where to add weights. At least
that is the way it was done before.
