As I understand it, any WBCCI Unit through it's officers can sponsor an
official VAC rally with the liability protection, etc. of the WBCCI umbrella
organization.  Any individual or group can put together an unofficial
"Vintage Rally", and many do so throughout the year.  More information on

I just got some good tips from Forrest Bone, ex VAC president from awhile
back that I'll be adding to it over the next few weeks.
