[VAC] Re: WBCCI membership revisited

That had also been my impression.  So, is that the case?  Either way, it would be nice 
if the web site were more clear on exactly what you do and do not get with a "Friend" 
membership in VAC as opposed to a full WBCCI/VAC membership.  Please do not interpret 
this as criticism of the VAC web site (it is excellent!) - rather just a request for 
clarification.
