[VAC] running lights 54 safari

hey folks,

the previous owner of my 54 safari replaced the running lights with slightly
smaller units and installed them foreward of the original lights several
inches leaving the old holes filled with pop rivets and the ghost of the old
units in the aluminum.

is the original unit still available.  is there any method for filling holes
save the rivet.
