Yes, they do make tanks that shallow. They will tend to be smaller capacity.
To see what's available as a regular production item, go to
www.incaplastics.com and look through their on line catalog. Also,
www.all-rite.com has their regular production tanks cataloged on line. You
could take a look ay both and see if they have something that would meet
your needs. If not, most tank manufacturers will custom make whatever you
want but at a different price point. It will still be half the cost of
buying a tank through your typical RV dealer so it's worth checking around.
