James and Bobby, Two possible problems come immediately to mind, A) have you checked the system pressure to see if your regulator is properly set? B) have you checked to see if your pilot orifice is partially clogged? Either scenario could lead to a low pilot flame which in turn would not satisfy the thermocouple.
