[VAC] Tongue Jack Block

I've been looking for something to replace the pile of wood blocks that
I put under my tongue jack.  I didn't take a close look, but I seem to
remember seeing a number of people who had a neat aluminum-looking cone
thingy under the jack.  I looked through a bunch of RV catalogs but
didn't see anything like that.  Can anyone help me with this?  Thanks.
