Hi Ed, I can tell you from my experience with my 67 GT floor replacement, that ALL the bolts run thru the framing members. Using a Sawsall to cut the bolts is a delicate operation. When you remove the banana wraps and drill out the rivets on the large sidewall panels you will see most the bolt heads. Dave H.
