[VAC] Re: Inland Rv a defense

Dear Betsy,

I'm sorry you had a poorly fitting solar dome. We ordered the solar dome for
for the front skylight of our '65 Trade Wind among many other parts. We were
so pleased that something was available! Both Greg and Andy were very helpful
in getting several orders to us in a timely fashion and very correct. Furthur
when we've called to ask a few questions they have been very helpful at no
profit to them in getting the correct info to us.

I will say that Andy was a bit anxious to get our rig up to his location but
we wanted to do certain repairs locally and ourselves.

When you buy a part and others install it it's normal to get a refund only
for the part. If one buys the part and the supplier installs it you are
entitled to compensation for both the parts and labor if a refund is
justified.

Most reliable installers should notice right off if a part is going to fit
before hours are wasted with it. Our skylight fit nicely over an opening that
had just an old board over it for 9 years in all weather. Also a few key
measurements before ordering is always helpful to all parties to get the
right match.

Skylight companies make many different size and types of skylights. also We
looked at a marine catalog and found all kinds of very attractive new hatch
and skylight products some of which might work for you.

Good luck, Stuart and Bonnie.
