I took pictures and talked to Jarrod this morning.  Then sent an e-mail for
evaluation of the hitch parameters.  I think we are on the same wavelength.
I'm pretty sure that the standard bracket is appropriate for the 4" frame as
it will bring the strut bar parallel with the "A" frame.  He thinks the "U"
bolts can be installed at an angle to hold the bracket in position.  Things
are supposed to move if the turn gets too tight! :)

I'm surprised that I'm the only installer to encounter this problem where
the coupler is a "C" type.
