[VAC] Re: Cold Weather Trailering.

Charles, It is best to do both. This way you won't have any leaks to find
next spring. You don't need to fill with antifreeze just a couple of gallons
will do if you have a bypass for the hot water tank. In order to reduce the
likelyhood of tasting it come spring. Drain, fill with fresh water, if you
do not have a hot water bypass then fire up the hot water heater then turn
it off when up to temperature, drain, add a cup or two of liquid bleach,
fill, let sit for a few hours to a couple of days. drain then flush. Should
be ready to go. The bleach should be used each spring anyways to get rid of
nasties in the water system. If you still taste anything try dumping some
baking soda into the tank, fill with water, let sit then drain.
