[VAC] Tips requested; 1971 Tradewind 25 foot

Next weekend I am going to look at a 1971 Tradewind Double Land Yacht 25 
foot that is for sale.
Because I don't know *squat* about buying an airstreams, I would appreciate 
some tips.

I see Airstream made another 25 foot trailer in 1971 called the 
Caravanner.  What is the difference between the Tradewinds and the Caravanner?

I am told everything works, and the pictures sent to me look fine (as best 
I can tell).  It looks like it has roof air. The picture of the inside 
looks all original (the best I can tell).

Can someone give me a ball park weight of this Airstream?  I finally bought 
a RV book and I can calculate the weight of water if I know the size of the 
fresh water tank.

I was looking for a 27 to 29 foot trailer so this is a little smaller than 
I wanted, but I need to start looking.

Typically, about what prices would a trailer like this sell for?
