Often times there is an "aerator" on the spigot of your sink
faucet. This often times gets clogged with sediment and hard water
deposits.

Try unscrewing it from the faucet, and taking it apart. Examine all the
orifices and screens to make sure they are clean.

The other possibility is that the water control for your sink is
dirty/messed up.
