The original KwikKee step is no longer made.  I think the closest one
that will work is the NuKleen single step (RV dealers, IowaBoys.com &
MetroRV.com on-line catalogs).  It takes some additional brackets and
welding to adapt.  As for removing the old one - cutting torch time! 
Most welding shops will do it for you if you supply the correct width step.
