Lincoln, In all fairness, I can't help with the wire, but chances are the leak is far away from there. Leaks in an AS are inevitable and too hard to isolate, unless you use a hose. Recaulk the whole trailer. If it doesn't leak anywhere else, it will soon. Daisy
